How We Use Customer Feedback
Every review on this page, whether posted through Google or submitted directly on our website, goes through a short approval step before it appears publicly. This isn't about filtering out honest feedback — it's simply to keep spam and irrelevant submissions off the page so that what you're reading reflects genuine experiences from real customers across our Banur, Ambala, Rajpura, Mohali and Shambhu Kalan branches. Negative feedback is approved just as readily as positive feedback, since an honest picture of our service is more useful to future customers than a curated one.
We also use this feedback internally — if a pattern shows up around a particular branch or service type, it gets flagged to our team so we can address it directly rather than letting the same issue repeat for the next customer.
